We charge per address attempted, per individual, & per case. PAYMENT must be made upfront before ATTEMPTS are made.

YES, in addition to uploading them through the Order Form, you can also email or mail your documents.
You can email your documents to info@forthepeopleservices.com if you have 30 or more pages in your order. The service price includes 20 pages. There is a printing fee of $0.20 per page after that.

To ensure proficiency when submitting the documents, please list the document title and form number of each document requesting to be served with your order form. The information provided will be used to complete your proof of service.
Example: If you are serving divorce papers, don't simply list: Divorce Papers.
Your list should look like this: FL-100 Petition Marriage/Domestic Partnership (Family Law), FL-130 Appearances, Stipulations, and Waivers, etc.
For Routine Service, you can expect a minimum of a week and for Rush Service, attempts made within the deadline provided and agreed upon. Some services may take multiple attempts, and some are perfected on the very first try. There are many variables that go into this answer, and it is best to let your expectations be known up front. The shorter the deadline, the higher the cost.
If two parties can be served at one time at one address, the second individual/party will be 25% off the regular price of that service.
NO. There is no guarantee the documents will be served. It would be impossible for any Process Server to guarantee you that service will be made on the party(ies). However, you should expect all reasonable and diligent efforts to be made in every case.
The Services that we offer are for ATTEMPTS only. So, if you know of specific times when the party to be served will be at the address given, please provide it at the time of order.
NO. There is no guarantee the documents will be served therefore there is a no refund policy. Once the first attempt has been made on your order, no refunds will be given. If you choose to cancel your order before the first attempt is made, a refund can be given but a cancellation fee of $20 will be incurred.
If requested, court filing and e-filing is a service that is offered for an additional fee.
A Proof of Service form or (Declaration of Non-Service form) is included with every service order and is a formal statement of the actions taken to attempt service of documents; whether served or attempted. The original copy is filed with the Court.
Proofs are provided to you within 72 hours after the completion of the service of process.

YES. If you submit 10 to 19 orders at one time, there will be a 15% discount applied to the total.
